Broad Creek Marina can accommodate either power or sailboats up to about 36'-38'. Of course, draft and beam can cause this to vary some. At this time, our slips range from $125 per month. We bill one quarter (3 months) in advance and require a signed one (1) year lease.
A general, "rule of thumb" listing of slip prices follows according to vessel size:
Vessels up to 18'-19': $125 per month.
Vessels between 20'-36': $150 per month.
Remember that water and electricity, except for air conditioning*, is included in the above pricing while you are using you boat. What a deal!
*: Air-conditioned boats add $40 per month for summer quarter.
