ELECTRICITY USE POLICY
It is our policy at Broad Creek Marina to offer free electricity to our customers while they are on their boats, except as follows. Boats which use air conditioners are accessed a surcharge, in addition to their regular slip rent, of $40 per month for the months of July, August, and September. As mentioned above, we do ask that all electrical appliances, including light bulbs, are turned off any time the vessel is not in immediate use. We feel that it is obvious that these measures are necessary in order for us to be able to continue this very popular service and be able to maintain our reasonable slip rent rates.
